  • Five (5) ticket purchasers will be selected by lottery to receive the ISEGYE Festival 2025 - ISEGYE IDOL Part Photobook
Ticket Purchase
  • - This content will run for approximately 120 minutes.
  • - This content is a paid LIVE broadcast, and access is available only to users who have purchased a ticket.
  • - Live access rights are granted immediately upon ticket purchase.
  • - No physical ticket will be issued for online ticket purchases.
  • - Only one ticket may be purchased per account (ID), and duplicate purchases are not allowed.
  • - Purchases made via Google in-app billing will be charged at the in-app billing price.
Watch
  • - If the same SOOP account (ID) is logged in on multiple devices at the same time, playback on the previously logged-in device will be automatically terminated. Viewing is supported on one device only.
  • - For smooth viewing, an internet speed of at least 20 Mbps is recommended. Even at speeds above 20 Mbps, delays may occur on public networks.

Purchase/Cancel/Refund
  • - Tickets purchased after the content has started or while the content is in progress are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please proceed with caution when making a purchase.
  • - If there is any viewing history, refunds are not permitted. If the content has not been viewed, a refund may be requested within 7 days from the end date of the content.
  • - Refund processing may take approximately 2~3 business days.
  • - Refunds will not be issued for viewing issues such as poor quality, disconnections, or buffering caused by the purchaser’s internet environment on PC or mobile devices.
